EPS is an organizational development consulting firm incorporated in the state of Indiana in 1995 by Dr. Denise Rucker, the Principal Consultant. Prior to forming EPS, Dr. Rucker served as an internal consultant in the Organizational Effectiveness Division of Eli Lilly and Company where she gained extensive experience in the implementation of small- and large-scale organizational change initiatives designed to improve organization and workforce performance.
Since forming EPS, Dr. Rucker has continued to hone her skills and knowledge through both formal and informal learning and practical consulting experiences. As an independent organizational development consultant, or in collaboration with her network of strategic partners, Dr. Rucker has completed over 60 successful performance improvement projects in a variety of industries throughout the United States and in Mexico.
