Resolve your organizational and/or workforce performance problems using EPS’s Performance Consulting Process |
The goal of our approach is to ensure that we serve you in a way that helps you enhance the performance of your workforce and organization in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
We begin our process with a fact-finding meeting(s) to assess the scope of the proposed work. Based on the information obtained during the fact-finding meeting(s), we prepare a proposal for the work and associated fees and submit it to you for review and approval. If required, we make agreed-upon adjustments to the proposal based on your needs and input. Upon your approval and acceptance of the proposal, we prepare a contract for the work outlined in the proposal and submit it to you for signature. Upon receipt of a signed contract, we begin work.
EPS uses a systematic process--the Performance Consulting Process—to identify and resolve organizational and workforce performance problems. A project may involve one, some, or all of the stages in this process to complete the agreed-upon deliverable(s). We guarantee our work when solutions are implemented as designed. Therefore, if there is a problem with a solution, we will work with you until your problem is resolved at no charge. A diagram of EPS’s Performance Consulting Process is shown below:
From this diagram, please note that each stage is evaluated to ensure that we stay on track and make necessary adjustments in the process as needed to hit the performance targets that matter to you. This iterative evaluation of the stages represents the quality aspect of our process. A brief description of each stage follows:
In this stage, we gather data to assess the current situation related to the gaps in workforce and organizational performance you are experiencing, as well as what is needed to bridge performance gaps. We also determine the measures that will be used to evaluate the success of the project. The deliverable from this phase is an analysis report that provides details of what is needed to fix the problem(s) at hand.
Based on the results of the analysis, we design the appropriate organizational or workforce performance improvement solution (e.g., a strategic plan, change management strategy, leadership model, curriculum design, etc.) required to bridge performance gaps. The deliverable from this phase is a design document that describes the solution we plan to build.
In this stage, we build and pilot the performance improvement solution. The pilot is conducted to ensure that the solution works in your organization. Based on information we gain from the pilot, we make adjustments to the solution before you roll it out in your organization.
In the execution stage, the solution is implemented. EPS works with you to ensure a smooth roll-out of the solution.
Metrics are established for every project. After execution, EPS works with you to gather the information needed to determine whether the solution is achieving the desired business goals.
