Dr. Denise Rucker has over 18 years experience in the organizational development field. Prior to forming EPS in 1995, Dr. Rucker served as an internal consultant within the Organizational Effectiveness Division of Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, Dr. Rucker facilitated in-house workshops, led and collaborated on organization-wide performance improvement projects, and served as a mentor to other performance improvement specialists throughout the organization.

Since forming EPS, Dr. Rucker has led and collaborated on the implementation of over  60 organization and workforce improvement projects in a variety of industries throughout the United States and in Mexico.

Dr. Rucker is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, Central Indiana Chapter, Human Resource Association of Central Indiana, and Institute of Management Consultants USA. She is certified by the Center for Effective Performance, Inc., to deliver two world-renowned workshops by Dr. Robert Mager—Criterion-Referenced Instruction and Instructional Module Development. Dr. Rucker holds a Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences, Walden University, an MSEd in Instructional Systems Technology, Indiana University, and a BS in Organization and Management, Indiana University.
